About the Role:
AHM Engineering Services is hiring a qualified and experienced BE Civil Engineer to lead and manage civil and interior construction projects. We are looking for a dynamic professional who can take ownership of project execution, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure delivery with quality, efficiency, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of civil and interior construction projects
- Supervise and coordinate site engineers, contractors, and consultants
- Prepare and review BOQs, project schedules, and technical reports
- Ensure timely completion of projects within scope and budget
- Monitor site progress while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and regulatory authorities for approvals and coordination
- Provide technical guidance and resolve on-site engineering issues
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree preferred)
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methodologies, interior works, and HSE practices
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other project management tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
